The family pool project presented unique challenges as it was situated on the side of a cliff, making excavation and structural work extremely difficult. The pool was dug by hand into rock, and 15 piers were poured into the rock to support the pool, which is completely out of the ground.

The project transformed previously uninhabitable space into a luxurious and functional outdoor area, adding approximately $600,000 of value to the home. The rear yard, once a cliff, is now a beautiful and habitable space that the family can enjoy.

The pool’s design includes a spa, spill-over edge, and luxury features, creating a stunning and inviting outdoor oasis. The pool is completely suspended, with formwork to walls and floor meticulously constructed to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
